Provides participants with the knowledge and skills to demonstrate competency in the required units required for industry registration.

The program is made up of a combination of online learning and classroom attendance. Completion of the required units of competency will enable participants to submit their statement of attainment to their local governing body in application to become registered as a real estate salesperson, property manager or auctioneer.

New South Wales Certificate of Registration

The first step in your career in real estate. Achieve the four units required for application for a real estate certificate of registration.

Queensland Sales Registration

Provides an introduction to the real estate industry incorporating the seven core units required for application for a Queensland real estate salesperson’s certificate of registration. Five additional qualification units for the Queensland Real Estate Licence can also be achieved.

South Australia Sales Registration

Provides an introduction to the real estate industry incorporating 17 units required for application for a real estate salesperson’s certificate of registration.

Tasmania Property Representative

Provides an introduction to the real estate industry that incorporates 5 national qualification units to assist you in attaining your real estate property representative registration.

Victoria Agents' Representative

Successful completion enables you to become registered as an agents’ representative in Victoria. Candidates completing the required units of competency from the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) will be able to submit their statement of attainment to their local governing body in application to become registered as an agents’ representative.

Western Australia Sales Registration

Provides an introduction to the real estate industry incorporating 7 units required for application for a real estate salesperson’s certificate of registration.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Under the Australian Quality Training Framework, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is national certification of knowledge and expertise attained from formal training or informal life and work experience.
